The Cayman Islands are regarded by fishermen the world over as a destination for all types of sport fishing and we will be chartering deep sea fishing boats to take advantage of this. The fish are abundant during our winter and spring months, with Wahoo being most plentiful December to March.

Each fishing charter boat is rigged for fishing as well as for comfort, and easily accommodates up to 6 anglers. You will appreciate the experience and knowledge of the Captain and crew members as you sail over the Cayman Wall where fish are found in abundance. Many an angler has left these islands with big smiles and even bigger stories about the one that got away!

All fishing equipment, such as bait and tackle, is provided and any fish you catch will also be cleaned and bagged. Refreshments will be available throughout the morning. There is limited shade on the fishing boat and so we recommend all guests bring suntan lotion, a hat and wear light comfortable clothing for protection from the sun.

Timing:	Please meet the Maples representative in the Ritz-Carlton foyer at 7am for coach transfer to the fishing boats. Return transfer to the hotel will be provided, arriving back around 1pm.
